We put together a report detailing any potential issues, associated costs and a report detailing a 5-15 year upcoming project plan and what you should be saving for.

If there are specific, short term issues that need to be addressed we will give you a list of contractors that we recommend.

We highly recommend this for all home buyers pre-purchase and current homeowners. We know it will pay for itself.

TDCC will assist you in engaging an architect, navigating your plan reviews, source GC pricing, assist in finish selections and work with your GC to close out your renovation. We also organize all of your project files in a simple, easily accessible format.

Our pricing is transparent and there will never be unexpected costs for our services.

TDCC is available on a subscription basis as well. If you would like to engage our services for the beginning and end of a project.

Need assistance in the middle to navigate a tricky situation? Or simply need a knowledgeable staff to help you get started we will be there for you.

This includes up to 4 site visits, unlimited calls and e-mails, a detailed walkthrough and report of your property and a detailed list of next steps to take when the service ends. You can always pick us up again later if you hit a snag.

We recommend this service for homeowners, architects and general contractors with small to medium term projects (1-6 months) that have a straightforward goal. (i.e. Simple additions, smaller renovations, unattached additions.)

Not recommended for larger or more complicated projects.
